Tianjin Feijia Bicycle Production & Trade Co., Ltd. was established in 1998 and is located in Tianjin, enjoying convenient transportation access and a beautiful environment. Our company covers an area of 13,100 square meters and has 300 employees. We are specialized in producing bicycle frames and forks, and have an annual production capacity of 1,300 thousands sets. Our main products include mountain bike frames, suspension frames, freestyle frames, beach cruiser frames, city bikes, folding frames and so on. Sizes are: 12", 14", 16", 18", 20", 24", 26", 27", 28"and so on. Besides, we are making great efforts to develop new products to meet different requirements. Our company has 12 production lines of frame wedding and advanced equipment to strictly control product quality. Furthermore, we have obtained one Certificate of Utility Model patent. Patent number is 201120200786.3. June 2012, Tianjin Feijia Bicycle Production and Trade Co., Ltd invested money in building a new aluminum frame factory. The new factory covers an area of 23,000 square meters, and fist stage building was put into operation in May 2013, The monthly annual production capacity of alloy bicycle frame is 50,000 sets.70% bike frames were exported to abroad. Carbon fiber production lines would be put into operation in 2015. The monthly annual production capacity of alloy and carbon bicycle frame would up to 10,000 sets.
